If you are looking for a real estate agent, I can not recommend more highly, Karyn Kambur. In short, she is fantastic.

This month my wife and I are celebrating our one-year anniversary of buying a home that Karyn Kambur helped us acquire. More than helped, she IS THE reason we have our wonderful home.

We were looking to buy a home for the first time in our adult lives. After having spent 30+ years as renters, we were finally ready to purchase a home. Karyn made the seemingly impossible, possible, and held our hands through the entire process. All the while, having a positive can do sprit, AND not letting us get down, or give up when at times problems seemed insurmountable.

After meeting with Karyn, and reviewing our potential budget, AND our wish list for the ideal place, she set out to find homes on the market. Many of the homes in our budget were townhouses and condos. As much as we wanted to purchase a single family home, our budget left us right on the fence of House vs Condo.

After two weekends of house/condo hunting it seemed as though we were heading toward making an offer on a townhouse. Not fully ready to accept our fate, we encouraged Karyn to keep looking for single family homes, for that was what we really were hoping for.

Thanks to her local knowledge, local history and connections, she was able to get us an early look at a small home in Novato that was about to go on the market. My wife and I looked at the house, and were quickly convinced this could be something we could not only afford, but grow to love.

Within a week of whirled decisions, and countless phone calls with Karyn, our broker, and financial advisor, we made an offer on the house, and it was accepted.

One year later, we could not be happier. Our Novato home feels like its always been part of our lives.
