Kathleen seem to know exactly what we wanted and needed and she's stuck to the script. I also appreciate how knowledgeable she was about other things other than just the Realty Parts she understood the broker ring and all the other stuff that we do nothing about. She made my first time home buying experience absolutely flawless. I respect her opinion and her honesty.
