I am long overdue for posting a review of Jacob. We purchased a home with him as our agent at the end of July, and unfortunately lost the home recently to the Camp Fire.
Throughout the buying process Jacob was super easy to work with, had a lot of good advice (not fake advice that helps him, but solid advice) and whenever I was feeling really antsy, a phone call with Jacob was always a big help to calm me down and focus ahead.
The sellers were -incredibly- difficult to work with and Jacob was always there keeping them on track and sticking up for us.
Once the fire happened, I needed information I no longer had access to (Our home insurance policy) and Jacob was happy to get the info he could and had our insurance people get in contact with us. He has also followed up with us since then to check in and offer his help and advice.
I don't know if you know how much we really appreciate the support and generous help, Jacob. It's immensely helpful whether in a stressful buying situation or in the terrible aftermath of losing absolutely everything. Thank you. 2018
Jacob was professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of the real estate market. He was excellent to work with in listing our home and also locating a new home for us to move to. He was helpful in recommending certain things to make our home show it's best while on the market and also coming up with a price that was realistic to where we didn't have to sit on it long at all.
