Having spent such a great amount of time with her she was always serious and real about things. She made sure that I didn't have unrealistic expectations while doing the sale of the house and she had a lot of terrific input with making sure that the house was staged for viewings. I wouldn't have sold the house as quickly if she hadn't done all that she did.
