Pam is the BEST Realtor I've ever met! She came highly recommended by several people, and I'm VERY glad we were able to work with her! She is the kind of realtor that knows the neighborhoods and communities that you are moving into. She gets to know you and all of your children's names and REALLY cares about finding a great fit for you! Pam asked all of the questions to our builder that I would have had no idea how to ask. She went the extra mile over and over again, for example, she went with us to check out the builder's warehouse and help us know some tips as we chose out our housing options. There were several complications through the building process. This was our first home building experience, and I'm SO grateful we had Pam to negotiate with the builder. She is sweet, kind, caring, but she does NOT mess around. She will ask the builder an uncomfortable question if something is wrong, and she really makes you feel advocated for! Whether you are buying, selling, or building, Pam is the one to go with!
