I placed an offer over asking that was eventually not selected, but Michael was awful with communication with my realtor. Offer given Sunday. We were told they would select Monday. Heard nothing Monday. Told Tuesday by noon. Didn't hear back until 6pm Tuesday with multiple attempts made. Just a common curtesy to respond to messages with updates.
