My husband and I were in a unique situation, we were selling a property in the bay area, using the profit of that to pay off our home in Citrus Heights, all while trying to find a new home for our family to expand in Orangevale. The realtor we had in the bay area was given to us through Century 21's referral service. Technically Lori had nothing to do with this, but she went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. She received no credit for this part of our transaction but did all of the work and then some. Lori soared above all clouds to do whatever she could to help us. There were days when I would send her 15 properties, give or take, and within an hour I had full explanation of why the house would or wouldn't work (HOA's we didn't want or because it wouldn't meet our VA criteria), appointments made to view them, maps on how we would view them each night and so much more. Lori extended clear communication at all times. She took the time, no matter how much time, to explain everything to us, sometimes more than once. We were never in the dark about what was going on. She made us feel like we were the only clients she had and nothing was more important than us and finding our home. Lori did, however, have several other clients, how she did it I don't know, Lori is a real estate magician! She is the reason our experience finding our dream home was impeccable. I had such a great first impression of Lori, she had a great personality and went above and beyond to make this experience a good one. So even though I had considered others she was the one I wanted to stay with Lori walked me thru everything and made sure I understood what was going on To go so out of her way to make sure I got the house was amazing to me.
