Sarah is a Champion! Working with Sarah and her assistant Andrea was extremely pleasant!
My wife and I were challenged with buying a home in Chattanooga while we were still living in Michigan. Daily calls and texts with Sarah were responded to so quickly, we felt we had 100% of her attention.
The market moves so fast here, we did not have the luxury of looking at homes in person, and relied on Sarah to be our eyes. Sarah also guided us through the "multiple offer" situation, and also helped us with the home inspection.
Her assistant Andrea was organised and communicated with us (along with Sarah) from contract through closing.
This 700+ mile transaction went down with out one hiccup! ...and we made two friends in the process.
We highly recommend Sarah and her team to anyone looking for an honest realtor with great integrity, who is willing to work diligently for her customers!

We had some disappointments with sellers that were not willing to work with us, and Sarah reassured us, and stayed with us. In the end she put us in the house of our dreams, as our first house! We could not be happier with our new home, and Sarah was there every step of the way, from finding the house to making sure we were on track with our financing. We knew we had someone in our corner every step!
