It has been a few weeks since Jenni represented me in purchasing a home, and now that the dust has settled, it is easy to see why Jenni is so popular and has done such a good job.
First, Jenni was very, responsive to all emails, phone calls, text messages, etc. It didn't matter the time, she was always responsive. If she did not get back to you right away, she always told me where she was or that she would be away from her phone for a bit because of other work related matters. This was huge, especially during this hectic timing of the Twin Cities market. Some houses would go up and be gone before the end of the day. Having someone who jumped at the opportunities was wonderful.
Second, Jenni truly seemed as though she cared. She did not appear to be fake on the exterior just to get your sale and dump you into a house you did not want. We visited A LOT of houses, and she was the one pushing us to keep viewing more until we liked what we saw (pushing us in a good way). She did not want us to compromise on something we did not truly love.
Third, she really fought for us and gave it to us straight. If she thought a house was listed too high, she told us. If she thought we should pass, she told us. Now that is not to be confused with her being pushy, she always gave us her honest opinion, which was refreshing.
Fourth, she stuck with us all the way throughout the sale. All the way through closing, and even afterwards. She gave us a lot of recommendations in the area we purchased from things like contractors to restaurants. She really put a personal touch on everything all the way throughout the closing process. If I had a question, I honestly would ask her first because I knew that she would get me an answer. After the closing, she remained in contact with us and still stuck up for us to make sure we got what was promised to us in the contract. When someone did not stick to their agreement, she made sure to be on top of it and help us out.
I honestly cannot say how big of a relief it was to have Jenni on our side throughout this whole ordeal. Buying a house is stressful enough, not having a good realtor makes it even worse. Jenni made the headache much more bearable with her wonderful positivity and her get-it-done attitude. I cannot recommend her enough, and we are always going to have her in mind should we decide to buy or sell again.
Do yourself a favor and utilize Jenni as your agent, you will not be disappointed. 2019

Because we move a lot for work, I have bought and sold houses all over the country. Jenni is hands down the best realtor I've worked with during any transaction. We were buying a house in a state where we had never lived, and in which we had no experience. We found Jenni through other reviews online, and we set up a phone call to go over what we were looking for in a house. From there, she began sending us houses to make sure she had understood our needs. Once we came to MN for a visit, she spent the day before a holiday weekend with us showing houses. When we decided to make an offer on one, she stayed on top of the seller's realtor, and we had a signed contract within 6 hours of an offer. We had already left the area, but she continued to work with us from 1400 miles away. She did lots of things that weren't necessarily in her job description, but nonetheless made our move easier. Even after we've closed, she continues to send us suggestions about the area, places to go and eat, and to go generally above and beyond.
