First of all , he contacted us. We didn't. He was lying stating that one of his customers was interested in buying our property and it wasn't true. I told him if that was the case I was willing to show and sell the property and of course, he kept lying since the person interested didn't exist. I asked if he could help us finding a house and we were interested in selling this property and buy a new one. After I explained our needs or wants. He put me down like "right, you want the right place and can't afford it. I felt really bad and I still was kind and told him maybe he was right I shouldn't be looking for a new place. And never mind. However, I keep getting his emails. I guess he still wants our money. We are not valuable as people but if he sells our property and we buy a new one he can make some money. And it is all that matters to him. We deserve to be mocked as long as he can lie and make money and get away with the fact of lying and putting us down. Very unkind and unprofessional. I didn't work with him because I don't want to continue dealing with a realtor who lies and put down the potential customers. And he is the one who contacted us by mail he sent a flyer that we got in the mail. I didn't contact him. He responds fast because it is convenient but he is rude, condescend ant. 2019
After interviewing several potential real estate agents, Chris stood head and shoulders above the rest. He had knowledge of the market in our area, made suggestions to get the most out of our home and it sold for the highest priced sale EVER recorded in our neighborhood. We got more for our home than we could have imagined AND he did everything with the utmost care for my mother. I was in another state and trying to commute 2200 miles back and forth was a challenge to say the least. Chris handled everything and even took care of issues beyond his required contractual duties. I highly, highly recommend Chris! He did an amazing job helping me purchase a condo. He was responsive and always took the time to educate and address any concerns I had in all phases of the buying process. What I thought would be an easy purchase, was not the case with this condo. This was not a typical purchase as there were some litigation concerns which delayed the close. Chris did his due diligence and talked to all parties involved to get a full understanding of what the issue was and kept me updated. Where many agents often rely on hard-sell tactics and obfuscation to sell properties, Chris relies on honesty, empathy and realistic expectations. In the two houses my wife and I have purchased through him, we have never been unaware of what was happening. When we were confused about an issue, he would explain in as much detail and length as necessary until we were all satisfied. Christ was an excellent realtor. My husband and I were first time home buyers, so the experience was new and a bit scary. However, Chris took extra time to explain everything we needed to know. He was available by phone or to meet whenever we needed. He had great resources for inspectors and to get work done. He was consistently communicating with us -- checking in with us to make sure we knew where we were at, communicating with our lender and escrow. My husband and I were pre-qualified, and I had several other brokers who kept contacting me. I specifically selected to work with Chris because he took the time to listen to what we wanted, our time plan, exactly what kind of house we were looking for. He was friendly and kind, and wasn't pushy (which I really appreciated). He only took me to homes that met my criteria (or almost), and I really felt as though he understood exactly what we were looking for. Chris was the best. Really, I can't think of any way that he could have been a better realtor. He was friendly and pleasant to be around. Even though I was pretty sure I wanted to buy the house, I asked him to take me to like properties in the area, and he had no problem taking me to about 10 other homes, going through the whole inside and answering all my questions.
