One of the major reasons was because of her communication, she was always completely transparent and communicative with us every step of the process. She really understood our needs in a new home. This was my familys and I first time selling a home. At the time, we were working with several other realtors and were having a difficult time. The other realtors didnt really want to help, they had poor communication and service. Some of them never even continued or replied back because of our unique situation.
