I live in Boston area and this was my first second home purchase which ended up being in Osterville/Cape Cod. Found Chuck Tuttle by googling "top realtors in Osterville" and his came up on "Yelp" with great reviews. Also searched more on him and he has a great web presence and videos that are welcoming. Bottom line..Chuck is a true professional and is 110% committed not only to his clients but also to his profession. If you're looking for a place on Cape Cod he's the guy you want to use. He grew up there and lives there so he not only does he have great feel and knowledge of the real estate market, but he also knows many vendors (i.e plumbers, electrician, landscaper, etc) that he referred me to who have screened by him and who we have been using since we closed and they have been excellent. Also, during our process we never felt like Chuck was trying to "sell" us a home. He felt like more of a consultant/advisor and really took his time to listen to what we wanted and was instrumental on our negotiation process. Without him we would not have put the deal together. ANY issues that arose (i.e home inspection items) Chuck was on top of it, got it resolved and was extremely easy to communicate with at ANY time of day. He also has a partner Beth who is just as good as him so between the two of them we were always kept up to speed. Beth even helped us with some interior design ideas and came to our home inspection and was doing measurements, etc. Plus we had pre ordered some chairs that Beth let us be sent to her home until we closed. Many realtors brag about being in these top producer clubs either in their industry or at their company and Chuck receives all of those. There should be categories for "above and beyond" and "intangibles" because Chuck and Beth would be #1 by a mile for both of those.
