I was a first time home buyer and Robyn was referred to me. My initial meeting with Robyn put me at ease because she is easygoing and plain-spoken. She outlined the whole home buying process and prepared me for the possibility that it could be a longer process and there could be tough decisions to be made as we got further into it. In that first meeting she gave me enough info about the home buying process to make a full assessment of my finances so I could decide whether to continue.
Once we started viewing houses, she helped me assess the homes we viewed and understand the costs of owning each, specifically, based on age, condition, area, etc. We had some laughs in the process, too. Home shopping was really fun, and I almost lament that I found my house so early in the process.
So we made an offer and got accepted during the first weekend of viewing homes, but as the process continued a few problems arose. As each issue came to light, Robyn offered solutions and we negotiated past them. I would not say that we had a difficult close on my new home, but I might not be able to say that if I had a different agent because Robyn's intelligence and experience are what made this process feel easy for me. She is just so easy to talk to and get the right answers from when you need them.
I also used referrals from Robyn to find my mortgage lender and home inspector. Both referrals were excellent, professional people, which added to the ease of the process for me.
In short, I found Robyn to be the total package, and I'm so glad she was referred to me, and I hope she can help you, too. Good luck! 2018
Robyn was awesome! These days with the internet, my husband and I were able to find our house from searches on Realtor.com, but I doubt that we would have gotten it without Robyn's help. She made herself available to show us houses around our busy schedules, offered advice and helped us navigate the whole process. She was incredibly professional, patient and kind. At first we were skeptical we'd be able to find what we were looking for in our price range, but then we did!
