Ellen worked to get our home sold which is obviously the overall goal however we felt like average efforts were displayed during the process. The written description didnt really match all that the home had to offer and not much time was spent to find out what makes the place truly special. We felt that the open houses werent well advertised in the direct area- strongly depended on on online views - no signs up around the streets the days of, etc. With the market the way it is I understand that these things were probably not overly important in the overall experience however we didnt quite feel the above and beyond that could have been.
