Theresa worked with my husband and I for both buying my new home and selling my old home. She was amazing through both processes. She was thorough, easy to get a hold of and quick to set appointments in this crazy "gone in a day" market. Throughout the whole buying experience she remained positive and encouraging (even when we felt like giving up) and always offered sound advice. She kept in touch as we remodeled our old house to sell and made actually selling it a quick, smooth transaction.
