I met Judith at an open house and she was interested in learning exactly what I was looking for in my home search. While I was interested in being close to the Princeton University libraries, I was not at all tied to a specific area, because I was willing to commute from a distance if it felt like I would be returning to a vacation home on a lake or near the shore. That's a huge area and Judith was a trooper in going everywhere I was interested, and she did excellent research on homes. She gave excellent advice on bids and negotiating strategies and did not just push me to offer more. We frequently agreed that a house was not worth more than a particular amount if it was not quite perfect for me. And this is the key, she always wanted to know what I liked and why so we could find exactly what I was looking for--and we did!
