Eric did a great job. He is knowledgeable about the San Diego area. He created specialized neighborhood searches that allowed us to focus our attention in areas that best met our expectations and criteria, always responded quickly to all communication, and dedicated ample time to our decision process. He provided insightfull advice during the negotiation process, and followed up regularly with updates on all closing requirements as they happened. Overall great experience. We plan to use him again in the future for sure.
