Brianne is knowledgeable about the housing market and has great advice. She has years of expertise and has great connections, which really helped moved things along during our escrow. We were nervous about buying during the Covid pandemic due to the market but Brianne got things done for us and we couldn't be happier!! DEFINITELY recommend choosing Brianne as your realtor!!

Brianne went far and above our expectations of any realtor in getting us to a quick sale while dealing with some difficult circumstances. We are not local, our last tenant did considerable damage to the house and we had two break-ins where the house was vandalized while on the market. While quite the test, this never got Brianne down and she went out of her way get the house into a sellable condition. She really understands the challenges of the military family and is a total professional. We can absolutely say she is the best choice for a realtor in the Hanford/Lemoore area (and we've used several over the years).
