I wanted to take some time to share my experience with Ann Moehring. First, of all, she was NOT my Realtor! Ann actually represented the buyer who was purchasing my home in Joliet. The bottom line is that Ann earned every bit of her commission and quite honestly should have been given the commission of my own Broker. She is an excellent communicator and stays calm and reassuring during the sticking points (there will be sticking points) of the sale.
Ann worked tirelessly to overcome obstacles and to soothe the egos of my own Realtor/Broker/Attorney that were involved. I have no doubt that if left up to my "team" the deal would have fallen through or would have been delayed drastically. She was proactive in her efforts to see our deal through and I cannot thank her enough or sing enough praises of her patience and cooperation throughout the entire process. Ann was able to make what could have been a nasty exchange a more palatable experience and I would make her my first call if I needed a Realtor in the area.
