James helped me buy a condo for my mom who had to downsize after the passing of my father. He was extremely friendly and prompt. I found him from Realtor.com by asking for more information about the property and within 5 minutes he called the number I left. Condos are not that expensive so his commission was probably not that much, but he still worked as hard as if it was a big property. April has its pros and cons when you're looking to buy a home. There are a lot of homes on the market but that means there can be a lot of people looking at the same house you are and your realtor can be busy. We found all of these to be true in our experience. We also had many specific needs in the home we were looking to buy - not just desires, needs. Because my father was moving in with us and his health was declining, we also needed to work as quickly as possible. n nEven though his turkey platter was spilling over, James Mills took on our hunt and situation as though it was his own family in dire straights. While we scoured the internet, he was looking just as hard - often getting us in for showings the same day one of us would find a prospect and thinking outside the box to accommodate our many specific needs. He responded quickly to our calls and texts. While he had many other clients, when he was with us, we had his undivided attention. Within three weeks, we found, bid on, closed on, and moved into not just the home we needed, but a home we loved. n nSince then, James has stayed in touch to make sure we are still ok. Thankfully we followed his advice to buy the home warranty he had recommended. It was one of the most expensive there was but it has nearly payed for itself in six months.
