Martha knew exactly now to market my 3-family, had professional photos taken, knew how to deal with my tenants before an during showing the apartments and house. She developed a sales campaign plan, knew exactly when to list the house, how to list it, and how to price it. The house sold in one weekend. She knew how to handle the tenants, as well as the buyer and the buyer broker. And she handled the inspection by the Somerville Fire Dept in the most expedient manner.

Martha was the epitome of professionalism! She remained calm under challenging circumstances (dealing with some of my tenants) and carefully examined all legal paperwork, catching potential errors before I did, so they could be corrected. She was always available for any questions I had, fully responded to any of my concerns, patiently explained details so I felt comfortable with everything.
