If I could give 0 stars, I truly would. I seriously cannot believe he has as many good reviews as he does. Every single thing went wrong during the home buying process and much could have been prevented if Brody would have been knowledgable and not lazy. Brody made the house buying experience extremely difficult. He was lazy and often would not answer calls or texts in some instances multiple days at a time. It took us over two months to finally close on our house. He had poor work ethic and made decisions that were professionaly and ethically wrong. I really feel bad for the seller. First of all, we waited more than enough time for his seller to accept our offer. He constantly gave us the run around. He ignored us several times when trying to come to conclusions about negotiation as well as ignored and put off the sell when trying to get the termite inspection completed. It took us over 3 weeks to negotiate over a threshold because he would not keep in contact like a realtor should. He was extremely unprofessional and even prolonged the process at closing due to not being responsible and having his seller complete the appropriate paperwork. I highly recommend NOT working with Brody if you want to have a good experience. Buying a house should be an enjoyable process. The realtor should take on the weight. However, he has made the entire experience prolonged and unnecessarily difficult.
