Lisa helped us sell our house as we prepared to move back to the UK. She is really easy to work with, understanding, empathetic - and she has a great sense of humor, which was exactly what I needed in my realtor during what was a stressful time. Lisa was honest (but realistic) about the work we should do on the house to prepare it to be listed, and she provided great referrals for carpets etc. Lisa seemed to always be available to answer my questions and I really appreciated her checking in to see how we were doing. She then negotiated well with the buyers agent and got the sale wrapped up well to the satisfaction of all. Overall all a really great experience - I just wish that Lisa could help us with our house purchase in the UK!
