Christian Ehlers and Diane Soriano helped us maximize our trust sale from day one. They advised us against doing a complete remodel, not based on emotion, but based on the comparable sale prices of other similar condos that had sold in remodeled versus as-is/original condition.

About a year ago, Christian told us that it made sense to sell our home. Even though he could have pushed us to purchase a home in a super-competitive market, he instead advised us to rent for about a year, and take the substantial equity that we gained from selling our home to put a larger down payment when the home prices stabilized.
We listed with him and got top dollar for the sale of our home then; before looking for a new home Christian took the time to make sure that we understood there had been a market shift due to the increased interest rates. He explained how this would change how we looked for a house, and even though we've been through this before he made sure to keep us educated and informed each step of the way.
Once we had been on the market looking for several months, we found "the" home that a matched our criteria. Christian negotiated a price that was a bit under the original asking price, securing us the deal even though there was one other buyer making offers on the house.
