Leona is the best! Skilled, professional, fun, communicative, and worked so hard to get me in the home of my dreams! In 2019 I moved to the area and Leona handled finding and buying a beautiful house that completely fit what I was looking for. She is so fun to go house hunting with too, we looked at some real dogs and some real beauties and found the best one for me. Two years later I was ready for the next step in my long term housing plan and Leona handled the house sale and finding and buying a new house. The market was so weird in 2021 but Leona Thomas put me at ease and made all of the pieces fall into place. She helped advise me with getting the house ready to sell for the best price I could manage, which turned out to be a lot more than I thought I could get! She handled the contingencies and putting the seller at ease while we tried to get into a new home. We were outbid once or twice but got under contract in time with a great looking house that turned out to have major problems. Our fabulous home inspector showed me all the details, we did some repair research, and pulled out with no money lost when I decided that the repairs would be too much to handle. No problem, Leona kept the sellers happy and calm and we kept searching and wow the perfect place appeared. It felt like magic, we planned ahead and got all of the parts and people and things and paperwork to the right places at the right times. And now I'm here. I love the neighborhood, love my neighbors, love this house, and plan to stay here for a long long time. I truly believe that none of this would have happened with a less diligent or less experienced realtor. Leona Thomas is the best, and I recommend her to everyone I know :)

Leona is such a skilled, experienced and patient realtor. It was such a pleasure working with her. Even though our new house purchase was potentially intimidating, it became such a great experience because of Leona's knowledge of the market and her good-natured approach to dealing with us (and she is funny too!). She walked through the house purchasing process from the outset so we could know what to expect, and provided important insights at every step. She showed us several properties that matched some of the ideas we had, and also let us see different options as a way of comparing/measuring our own initiatives ideas. As a result we were satisfied with the house we eventually bought and did NOT suffer any buyers' remorse. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Leona. She is absolutely great!!
