To say that Kim exceeded our expectations as a realtor is an understatement. We had a sub-par experience with buying our first home and were looking for a better experience when buying an investment property in Gatlinburg. Kim just fell into our lives and within 30 minutes of messaging her about a property she had extensive records pulled and more information than we could have imagined! Within 2 hours of calling her from a property we were viewing we had an official offer put in and got a response within hours. Very highly recommended! We worked with Kim for an intense 6 weeks to buy our house and get through to the closing. She started with two weeks of email to identify what we were looking for and exchange listings and comments. She also dedicated an entire week to support our house-hunting trip to Knoxville and by the time we arrived in town, she had a complete schedule of viewings for the first two days. She was patient as we revised our search criteria as we learned more about the market and the area. And she worked past midnight on a couple of days as we made/negotiated an offer. And as it turned out, all that was the easy part. Once the offer was accepted, she helped resolve significant issues with the sellers' broker, helped with all the home inspections and resolutions, dealt with possible sinkhole issues and worked with the county.
