I cannot say enough about this realtor. As a first time home buyer and veteran who had never used their VA home loan before, Nicolle really went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and put all of my worries at ease. Nicolle really does care about her clients and it shows in her work. After months of being outbid or sellers not wanting to deal with the additional hurdles of a VA home loan, Nicolle was able to find someone who would! I was on the verge of jus giving up and renting again because of how competitive the market is in this state, but that didn't stop Nicolle from going door to door and finding a seller who not only was willing to work with us non-competitively, but was also willing to work with my VA home loan as well. Through her hard work and dedication to her customers Nicolle was able to help me secure a new place to live, just as I had to move out of my old place because it was being sold. I am so glad that I got to work with Nicolle and thankful for everything that she did to help me become a first time home owner. Thanks again Nicolle!
