From day one Lori was extremely helpful and patient. After first seeing my house (which was a mess) she made a few suggestions and then patiently waited for me to prepare the house for listing. Once I felt I had finished preparing the house, Lori made a few more suggestions and not only brought over some staging items, she also did touch up work herself. Once the house was ready to show she took fantastic pictures of the house which I feel was the major reason the house had multiple offers so quickly after she listed it. We had several offers only minuets after she posted the house. She worked closely with me to get the best possible price and made all the paperwork process flow smoothly.
