I know it is a sellers market, and almost everyone is able to get higher than the list price, but David proved his value both in the marketing and sale, and (very importantly) during the escrow period. We expected to exceed the list price, but we were amazed to exceed it by over $300k! I can't speak highly enough of my experience with David. This was my first experience selling a home and I was intimidated by the process. As a busy professional, I needed someone that could take the reins. David is knowledgeable, professional, timely, trusting, and most importantly straight forward. House went on the market on a Wednesday, by Thursday we had 6 showings scheduled and had offers by Friday. He was detailed and strategic in helping me pick through the many offers and explained the risks and benefits of each. David is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. He is professional and knowledgeable. He responds to texts and emails immediately and he always took care of us himself. He has contacts with contractors who were able to fix the few repairs that were needed before listing the house and as a result there were no surprises at the time of the inspection.
