I cannot recommend Sean highly enough as a real estate agent. We purchased a piece of raw land, which is much more complicated than just purchasing a home, and he was an invaluable resource during the whole, many month, process. It was clear that his primary goal throughout was to make sure that we were truly making sure we were purchasing the ideal property for our us, and he went out of his way again and again to help us. I really felt like we had a partner in this purchase, he wasn't just a real estate agent trying to make a sale. He helped us set up the testing we needed to do on the land, and even met with various contractors and land use advisors with me at the property to help make sure that I was asking all the necessary questions to make sure we were getting what we thought with this purchase. We began our search for a Santa Cruz house from out of state (NY) and ran into Sean at an open house during a rare visit here. We thank our lucky stars we did.
