When I interviewed Stacey to sell my Home, I contacted 3 other Agents, Stacey was much more prepared and had a complete program and literature as to what she would do and how and where it would be advertised. I was so impressed, I immediately hired her ! As soon as I told her she was to list my house she wanted me to show her how everything worked, Pool controls, water features, stereo system, special shower features etc. - She wanted to be prepared for any questions. Then she went through the house and seen a few things that needed attention. She felt colors in 2 rooms should be changed and said she would have them done. Even took a water sample to be analyzed, and found it needed someone else to service my pool. There were several other things too numerous to mention. My husband and I decided it was time to start looking for our first home. We were on a tight schedule as we needed to move by mid-December. We asked Stacey to be our agent as she sold our daughters house 5 years ago and she did such an amazing job our daughter is still taking about it 5 years later. We looked at a few properties, one of them a condo that we liked, but Stacey pointed out potential issues that we did not notice that would have cost us money down the road. Once we found the house we liked she advised on an offer amount that we should be making given comparable sales in the area.
