I cant say enough positive things about Tonya. I found myself in an unfortunate and unplanned circumstance that required a relocation across the country so had to sell a brand new house. I started out with the worst realtor in the world with no offers in three months. Then I found Tonya through positive reviews on another site and she had an offer at list price in a couple of weeks. That buyer fell through because of financing issues but she got another offer right away. By then I was under water and in short sale territory. Thats when the nightmare began. I had the worst mortgage servicing company in the universe who just dragged the process on and on and on..,.for almost a year! Tonya was soooo patient. Not only did she keep the buyer from walking away, she helped maintain the house because I was 1000 miles away. Shes amazing...kind, understanding, patient, supportive, dedicated. She actually cares about her buyers and sellers as people, not just about the transaction and whats in it for her. Good grief, her commission on my short sale was not commiserate with her time and effort...but she stuck with me anyway. Dont even consider another realtor.

Selling a home while buying another is no easy task. There can be a lot of chaos during this process. Tonya went above and beyond the typical duties of a realtor. Even when several houses we were looking to purchase didnt work out, her patience, client devotion, and reassurance kept us from losing our sanity.
