She is professional and knowledgeable about local market and neighborhood (Toledo area). She did a great job for negotiation and fight for me to get the best deal possible. the home buying process went super smooth and everything work perfect. the thing that impressed me, she is responsive, no matter what was my question or concern or what time it is, she responded me as quick as possible. All of my friends love the house and acknowledged that I had a good realtor. in terms of personality, she is friendly and fun and we had some good laugh. 100% recommended!

Brenda did a fantastic job for over a year trying to get out house sold. We needed to sell our old house after moving a couple years before. We tried renting and ended up evicting two tenants who cost us a lot since they stopped paying rent, did some damage and never payed for any of it. So we could not afford to fix up the place. We tried to get assistance from the mortgage company who did allow us to go through their short sale process. But that took so long and had so many requirements we ended up just finding the extra money to cover the loss ourselves. Through the whole process Brenda was there helping us with everything.
