I worked with Tony previously on a purchase of a multi-family property in Fayetteville NC. Even though Tony was representing the seller, he had no problem helping and answering all my questions. Because I am a new multi-family investor, there are some steps in the process that I overlooked. Tony was professional and patience, and he explained what exactly needed to move the project forward. I hope to get a chance to work with Tony again in the future.
