I worked with Chris on selling my house and buying a new one for over a year and a half. I had just had twins and decided I needed a bigger house but was obviously overwhelmed and not even sure what town I wanted to move to yet. Chris and I met and he understood exactly what my must haves and nice to haves were and sent me appropriate listings almost daily. He had to take me to see over 100 houses over the next twelve months and I had put bids in on 2 houses before I found the one . He was the most patient and helpful realtor I could ask for. When I would walk into a house, he would notice my expression and knew how I was so desperate to move that I was trying to make the house fit my needs. He would immediately tell me the house is not for me and that we would find the perfect one. He was not in the least bit pushy or trying to persuade me to do anything. He truly wants the client to be happy and find the house they can't live without not the house they can live with. n nChris also is always reachable and responsive, two qualities that I feel are important. He almost always answers his phone when you call and, if for some reason he can't, he calls back right away. He has a calm demeanor and knows how to handle difficult people and stressful situations much better than anyone I know. He always has a positive attitude and doesn't dwell on any issues or problems that arise along the way, and both my selling and buying transactions had many, but works on figuring out the solutions. He always went far above and beyond what I expected, which was a refreshing and pleasant surprise. He truly had my best interests at heart and helped me every step of the way. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to anyone else than Chris.
