Another thing that most people dont think about when finding a realtor is the team the realtor brings with them. Devin recommended a stager that gave us fantastic insight in order to maximize the sale of our home and relayed to us a home inspector that made us feel at ease with the house we were purchasing. She came to the initial meeting armed with knowledge of our area, provided us with suggestions on a sale price and an accurate estimate of time on the market. We were considering a complete remodel of our master bathroom and she provided cost and timeline saving tips that would maximize the value of the home. Her team that helped with the staging of the house and photography were all insightful and incredibly professional. All of this resulted in multiple offers. For the purchase of our new home, Devin listened intently to what we wanted out of our new home. She was flexible in scheduling house tours with us; and while we were on the house tours she served as an extra eye to spot potential issues and provided honest feedback. She negotiated a purchase price that was fair to both parties; and, once the inspection came in, she successfully negotiated to have all of our requested repairs performed by the seller. Devin did an excellent job selling our first home. She provided excellent guidance without being overbearing or pushy. She laid out all the facts for us to make the decisions on our own. However, when asked, she provided her professional input to help us make the tough decisions (price point, strategy, offer acceptance, etc.). She provided timely responses to the numerous questions my wife and I had which greatly helped us understand the process and make the right choices in order to sell our house above asking price! We contacted these recommended agents and none of them were able to meet the standard Devin set. We found her by accident when inquiring about a house we saw online. She was quick to respond and setup a showing for that house and a couple others we were interested in viewing. We didn't end up liking any of the ones we toured that day, but Devin was extremely helpful. She took time to discuss additional things we should consider as first-time home buyers. At no point in time, did we feel pressured to buy a particular home. Based on the first day of tours we felt comfortable having Devin show us other homes. She had a good understanding of what we were looking for and focused her efforts on finding us a home we loved. She helped us negotiate an acceptable offer and provided guidance along the way. The entire experience felt like shopping with a knowledgeable friend, rather than a sales rep.
