My fiance and I met Erin when she was working for our landlords to rent their apartment in Lambertville. She rented us the unit and we stayed in touch because it became apparent that Erin is much so on the inside when it comes to all things Lambertville and New Hope. Her family is from Lambertville, she grew up here, moved away, and eventually came back to raise her own family here. n When it came time to buy our first home, it was a no brainer that we would try to give Erin our business. Early in the process, after only seeing three places, Erin took us to a home that she knew we would love. We did love it and we put in an offer right away. Unfortunately for us all, the seller ended up deciding not to sell. We were all disappointed, but Erin pushed on and showed us another 13 places! n Things started getting stressful for us, because while we were searching for our dream home, we also needed to leave our rental by mid-Spring. With this added pressure, we weren't sure where we would live, let alone what house we may buy. Think about that, she is such a good realtor, she gave us a secure plan B while still fighting for our plan A. n Eventually the first home we loved came back on the market. After some back and forth and our initial offer being rejection, we finally got our house - 6 months later. It was at this point that her work only just began. She fought for us in negotiations fearlessly. In the end, I am writing this from a beautiful home in Cottage Hill looking above Lambertville. I feel we got a fair deal and I can say we would not be here without Erin!
