Once we found the property she went above and beyond the normal duties of a realtor. When it came time to move my business and buy a building we knew who to go to. We have worked with Nikki for 3 transactions now- the sale of 1 home and the purchase of 2 homes. We began working with Nikki in 2015 when we purchased our first home in Springfield, MA. In 2018 we decided to sell and move to CT. Buying our second home came with more hurdles then our first because we were looking for such a specific type of property, but Nikki was always patient with us. She was always willing to schedule many showings a week, even though I know it was time consuming for her. With any hurdle in the transaction process, Nikki always finds a solution to save you money.

In selling our house, Nikki went out of her way to stage our home beautifully. She was willing to hold many open houses, and was active in selling the house quickly. Nikki always stays calm and collective, even in situations I may have panicked, which is a breath of fresh air. When we had to make a few repairs after the inspection, Nikki scheduled all of them for us so we never had to worry about a single thing. This was the major benefit in having a caring realtor.
