Suzanne went way above the call of duty in her efforts to sell our house. Excellent job with assisting in getting the property ready to sell and offering suggestions on things we could do to make it more salable. The staging of the house was attractive. Scheduling a lunch and learn with other realtors to make them aware of the property was a creative idea. Also scheduling many open houses and putting in lots of time payed off in the end. Our property was unique in that it had an elevator, ceiling lift in the bathroom and 5 bedrooms, which made it a challenge to sell.
