A year ago my wife and I decided to sell 7 properties in Santa Clarita while residing in Israel. I scheduled Skype appointments with several real-estate agents and Laura was the one who impressed me the most. She came across as a savvy professional who knew the market, understood marketing and sales and was able to work electronically with out-of-town folks. n nIn fact I was underestimating her. Over the last year she sold all seven properties, Needless to say, all documents were signed electronically, but beyond the logistics she was strategic, aggressive and on occasion walked the extra mile on our behalf.
