Tom is absolutely an amazing realtor and I highly recommend him. My family and I recently relocated to the Bay Area due to my work. Since my wife and I had never been to this area, this was a unique challenge. Along with transitioning from 20 years in the military and 3 kids in tow. Tom put a huge amount of effort into finding us the perfect home at a great price. We looked at dozens of properties between many areas. Every time we interacted he always was prepared, had a solid game plan, and was extremely accommodating. His vast experience really showed as he had questions to ask the sellers that I would not have ever thought of...even after this being my 3rd home purchase. Having raised a family here himself, he knows the Bay Area well (schools, commute, etc). And not just one part, since he himself has lived in different parts. East Bay, FAR FAR East Bay, The City (SF), North Bay, South Bay, Silicon Valley...you name it. Super nice guy, and pleasant to be around. He deals with customers of all types, and was VA friendly and knowledgeable. He is worth every penny and then some!
