Clay was extremely helpful with the search for our new home. We are from out of town and Clay was readily available to show us houses on our schedule as well as provide information about Rochester in general. We appreciated his background as an electrician which helped when we were looking at structural etc. aspects of houses we were touring. The negotiation and purchase went quickly without any hiccups in the process. (We also appreciated the pizza and gift cards we received from Clay on moving in day :))
