This same property had been on the market with another realtor with another affiliate other than Century 21 for five months previous to listing with Debra Paus. The prior realtor did no marketing on the property feeling that the house would "sell itself". He made no efforts to have Open Houses, realtor walk-throughs, and made little effort to keep in communication. The house had an offer after 11 days on the market and was removed based on the accepted contract, which later dissolved. There were other pending offers that were turned away without my knowledge of said offers which then led to a four month flat market period. It was decided on my part to remove the house from the market to make additional improvements in order to prepare for the Spring season. Debra Paus recommended not removing as the Spring season began January 2nd. She became a brand new realtor and felt that she would be aggressive in marketing this property and she was as there was an offer within the first 4 weeks and closed approximately 3 weeks after that. The closing was the most amicable, uneventful, and kind professional closing I have ever been a part of. 2015
