My boyfriend and I rented a duplex from James for a little over a year. He was extremely professional. Anytime we had an issue with the property, he always communicated timely and looked over the issue. He always tried to resolve the issue while we were working, as to not bother our home time.
Hes a nice man and takes pride in not only the properties but also how he conducts business with tenants. I am pleased with his business. The home itself was perfect for us. Being clean, large, and open, the property was a perfect match for our needs. 10/10 would recommend buying, selling, or renting through this company and James himself.
