We know Cathryn since 2013. In that long period of time, we were able to buy two apartments in Streeterville - the last one in 2020, during the pandemic situation. So it took a huge amount of integrity for Cathryn and us to deal successfully - even if you have to know, that we are not able to make it in person, because of the travel ban for people who live abroad.
