Milton H Schneider III failed to disclose that a home he listed was a modular/manufactured home. In my mind, that is unethical. We lost our money on the inspection because he never disclosed this to us. Obviously he should have known, and that needs to be disclosed BEFORE people start spending money on inspections and earnest money.

Milt is dynamic, insightful, and refreshingly articulate. He helped us buy a house rather different from most of the rest available on the market.
