As a first time buyer, Mark was patient, clear in his communications, and generally had plenty of time to answer all my questions and explain the housing market on Maui. If he didn't he would get back to me that day. Also, it became plainly clear that he knew the market, especially the North Shore, like the back of his hand. On 1 out of the 7 houses I was interested Mark knew the owner! Seriously! He is professional and responsive but his real strength is negotiating. He wrote up offers and counters for 2 houses with us. I am convinced he got the price down as low as possible with each. As a potential off island buyer, that was important to us before committing to make a trip over. He's a good guy who looks out for you and can make home shopping/buying fun.
