Haifa is a wonderful individual, keeping the client as the number one priority. We had some serious and stringent timeframes; selling current home and purchasing new. Along with that came an agent, friend and team member in Haifa. After sitting and listening to our needs/wants in our future home, Hafia was ready to help us. Haifa only recommended/showed us homes that were in our budget, necessities/needs, move in ready, that fit our current and future family.
Haifa answered a multitude of questions from us both as a buyer and seller prespectives. During this endeavor we hit some obstacles; Haifa was in our corner for support each time. Haifa is the example of an exceptional agent and what an agent should be for their client(s). Haifa's principles of patience, character, professionalism, empathy, integrity, compassion and honor were prevalent from start to finish. She is blessing and I believe there is no equal in the industry to our agent Haifa Drummey.
