A lil late to writing our review as we have 4 girls and life is busy. However, I wanted to make sure to get this right. Hiring Khristian was one of the smartest things I have ever done. There are thousands of real estate agents out there but few are experts at their craft like Khristian. I had a family member who suffered from Alzheimers and I was responsible for their care and finances over the past 3 years. So when she passed I was tasked with selling the house and planning the funeral. The problem is I see patients for 11 hours during my work day while managing 2 Healthcare practices and raising a 3 year old and a 6 year old. Hence I was buried in work and burned out. As a seller, selling a house is a stressful time. You have buyers looking for and nitpicking every minor issue of your home to try and drive the price down. Long gone are the days of as is, cash offers, with 15 day closes. The market has shifted and everyone is trying to buy value at a great price. When we decided to list our home, we had already purchased our future home out of state, which we knew would only compound the stress of managing a transaction like this from almost 1,000 miles away. Khristian was nothing but professional and helpful, from the listing appointment to the close of escrow, and even beyond. Khris came to our listing appointment prepared, having already researched comps and developed a strategy that he wanted to propose, discuss, agree to and execute. He didnt come in and say this is how we have to do this, he was open to our ideas, but provided a dose of reality on anything we needed it on. We agreed to list the house with him. At the listing appointment, we walked the entire property and agreed to things that we were going to do before listing the house in order to maximize exposure and value. Khris made some great recommendations, and probably earned us another $10-20k in value for less than $5k in work to make the house as appealing to buyers current desires as possible.
