Every real estate agent I've dealt with in the past had left me believing that all real estate folks were little more than unscrupulous, unethical filth. Eric and his team were an awesome reminder that not all in a profession are cut from the same cloth, to say Eric went above and beyond the call of duty would be a serious understatement. They were the epitome of professionalism and really cared about the situation that we were dealing with while selling our property. I found his faith in God extremely refreshing and could not have asked for a more patient, ethical, understanding and caring person to represent us. Wow! What can I say about Eric Lamb? My brother recently passed away and I was given the responsibility of closing out his estate. His condo was in Sacramento, CA and I live in Tampa, FL. I was expecting a nightmare trying to sell the condo but Eric went above and beyond what would have been expected from just any realtor.
The condo was in quite a bit of disrepair and Eric went out of his way to get bids to repair issues, bring the condo up to code and just improve the overall visual look to help increase the sale price. He even went to the flooring store himself to return excess flooring for a credit on the bill!
Another issue was a cloud on the title preventing the sale from going through. While it wasn't Eric's responsibility to help in getting the cloud removed, he was in continual contact with the title company, insurer and the attorney to get the issue resolved. And he did!
Due to Eric's hard work and diligence, the condo sold for $20,000 more than listed.

Eric and Margaret are professionals. In our (my husband's and I) extensive search for a house, they were constant in their knowledge and experience. They didn't tire of showing us houses (We looked at over 70!) and were encouraging when a few of our offers were passed over. As First Time Home Buyers, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but Eric and Margaret walked us through the whole thing... even confusing parts at the signing appointment.
